On December 30, I completed my final New Years Resolution of the year – I finished reading my 50th book of 2018. My bookshelves have been full for years and years, but this was the year I really fell in love with reading. I spent less time binging Netflix and more time turning pages.

These are my favorites of the year, in no particular order and for a variety of reasons. At the bottom, I put my entire 2018 reading list.
